Cynthia (CC) graduated in 2004 from the Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy. She completed the advanced program, Professional Therapeutic & Sports Massage Therapist and is Nationally Certified. She has over 1000 hours of formal NMT education and has worked with hundreds of massage clients; addressing both pain and performance issues

CC holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration from Iowa State University and a Masters Degree in Computer Science from Golden Gate University. She enjoys jogging, Bikram yoga, hiking with her dogs and learning to surf. Cynthia and James moved to Rincon Puerto Rico in 2009, thanks to the friendly people of Rincon (especially the people from the El Coqui, Lazy Parrot & Island West Properties)

Cynthia's experience in dealing with athletes, performance and pain management from a massage prospective started in 2003 but from a fitness prospective in 1983. Over the years she as helped clients to elevate or manage low back pain, sciatica, neck pain, limited range of motion, athletes (runners, tri-athletes, surfers, divers, etc.), accident victims including whiplash, joint pain, post-surgical issues, restless leg syndrome, hip & knee pain, as well as carpel tunnel (tennis & golfer's elbow)
